Registration & Payment

Registration for the 2010 Annual Spring Meeting can now be done online (directions below).  If you prefer mailing/faxing your registration in, you can download the meeting registration here.  Registration issues and questions should be directed to the Treasurer, Chris Nally (chrisnally@americanaquatic.net). 

Payment is due no later than April 21 during meeting registration by cash, check or Paypal.  No vouchers or payments will be allowed at a later date.  No exceptions. 

2010 Meeting Registration fees are as follows:

* If you are a member of SETAC North America and have paid your SETAC Annual dues on-line you may have already paid your local chapter renewal fee.  Please provide the HDC SETAC proof of payment and we will gladly reimburse you $10.00 for the Hudson-Delaware Chapter.

 

Spouses or guests can register for dinner.  Simply add their dinner fee and names to your meeting registration payment.

We have setup an account with Paypal® to process all credit card transactions securely and conveniently!  If you prefer mailing/faxing your registration in, you can download the meeting registration here.  Your browser must allow pop-ups to allow the Paypal® cart-system to function.

 

Online Meeting Registration is a 3-STEP Process...
Step 1 of registration involves completing and submitting your personal information and meeting options.  Step 2 will be choosing your purchase options for the Annual Meeting.  Choosing your purchase options in step 2 will open up a Paypal® session on a secure server where you will pay your registration fees and enter-in your credit card information.

If you are paying for somebody else, skip to step 2 and purchase the appropriate meeting fee.  At the bottom, add their name to the text field and add that to the cart (so we can keep the payment with their registration).  Have that person fill out steps 1
