Register online, only a few days remain! (pay via paypal).  Abstract Submission is now closed but walk-ins are welcome although they will not be printed in the program.

The program for Thursday will consist of two plenary sessions of invited speakers focusing on each theme, and platform presentations by HDC members on these themes or other topics. Thursday’s lunch will include an interesting and/or provocative presentation by an invited speaker (to be announced). Poster presentations by students and professionals will be displayed and visited during the coffee breaks and a late-afternoon Poster Social on Thursday, as well as Friday morning. Prizes for the winners of the student poster competition are very lucrative (Graduate Students 1st place = $500, Undergraduate Students 1st place = $350). Thursday will be capped by an evening dinner with live entertainment and a Keynote Speaker. On Friday morning we will offer several short courses followed by lunch and a short business meeting (with student poster awards). Friday afternoon will include additional short courses and a field trip to a local, if not exotic, environmental attraction (also to be announced).

All HDC members (and prospective members) are invited to submit abstracts for platform and poster presentations for consideration by the Program Committee. Abstracts for platform presentations (max. 500 words) should be submitted to Peter Brussock (ppbrussock@elminc.com) and Ron MacGillivray (rmacgill@drbc.state.nj.us). Poster abstracts should be submitted to Ben LePage (ben.lepage@exeloncorp.com) and Amanda Maxemchuk (MaxemchukA@battelle.org). The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday May 2nd. If you would like to teach a short course, please contact George Molnar (molnarGC@cdm.com) and Bob Hoke (Robert.A.Hoke@USA.dupont.com) by March 28. Sustaining and Full Corporate Sponsors of HDC-SETAC are invited to utilize dedicated table space to display corporate literature and advertise job postings.
